Custom-built 6m x 3m room with 7m x 4m footprint featuring smart-ready double glazed doors, full-height windows, and ground screw foundation. The build includes 100mm celotex insulation throughout for year-round comfort.
Additional features include an air source heat pump/AC unit, lifetime-warranted rubber roof, composite cladding, decking, and Amtico flooring. The design can be customised for various purposes including home office, studio, gym, or entertainment space.
